candidates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribution of job opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide these services <strong>virtually<\/strong>, without a physical customer-service class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That a candidate will obtain employment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That an employer will hire a specific candidate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The accuracy of information provided by users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The continuous availability of the service (maintenance or technical failures may occur).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, we commit to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keeping the Platform operational under reasonable conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecting the confidentiality of personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing a professional recruitment service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission of CVs and Documentation<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The candidate declares that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They are the owner of the content submitted (CVs, certificates, documents).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The information is true and verifiable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They authorize Elite Head Hunter to share their CV only with companies involved in a process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elite Head Hunter does not modify or edit the r\u00e9sum\u00e9s submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hiring of Services by Companies<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies that engage recruitment services accept that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fees will be individually agreed between the company and Elite Head Hunter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments will be made as agreed (via bank transfer or digital methods).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reports, profiles, or candidates provided are confidential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Non-payment may result in suspension of services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The design, text, content, logo, and structure of the Platform are the property of <strong>Elite Head Hunter,<\/strong>.<br>Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CVs, documents, or other content submitted by users remain their sole property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>External
